Sting performed at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) gala honouring the film director Martin Scorsese on November 2 at a star sudded event that was attended by a host of celebrities including Jane Fonda, Warren Beatty, Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hanks, Jake Gyllenhaal, Kate Hudson, Robert Downey Jr. and Salma Hayek. Sting's mini-set included 'Every Breath You Take', Englishman In New York', 'Fields Of Gold', 'Desert Rose' and 'Message In A Bottle' and he was also joined by Chris Botti. Variety reported that the gala drew a stellar black tie crowd of film industry heavies and society/industry luminaries from both coasts, garnering over $4 million in much-needed funds for LACMA’s coffers...
